What is this?

This is a “web log” commonly known as a blog. These used to be for 15 year-olds who wanted to write about last night’s Dashboard concert. I’m going to use this blog to give you something you really need…my commentary on the latest and greatest in business law, tax and estate planning. I know, you’re brimming with anticipation already, right? Well, you should be. Why? Because I’m going to convey to you that which has taken me $200,000 in student loans, 7 years of education, and a continuing journey of experience to learn. Pretty good of me, eh?

Like I said, this blog is going to focus on business law, tax and estate planning. These are hugely broad areas that affect small business, large business, the wealthy and not so wealthy alike. Hopefully you’ll find something of interest here. If not, I’d appreciate it if you’d placate me and at least seem interested. It will make me feel good to think I’m doing a service to the community at large.

So enjoy…and please feel free to contact me with questions, comments, concerns, business opportunities, or just praise. Oh, and of course, read the privacy policy and disclaimer (link on bottom of main page “Privacy Policy”). Just to be clear, this blog is not legal advice and is not intended to be legal advice. Now let the good times roll.
